1. National Garden Clubs is offering scholarships in the amount of $3500 to students entering the junior year or higher and with a GPA of 3.25 or better. Additional information is available at www.gardenclub.org.  Application deadline is March 1, 2013.

2. Federated Garden Clubs of New York State is offering two $1000 scholarships to New York State residents finishing their first or second year in college, majoring in a variety of environmental subjects.  The website for this organization is www.fgcnys.com.  The application deadline is March 1, 2013.


3. The North Country Spouses' Club is announcing the call for applications for their 2013-2014 academic year scholarships. Eligible individuals are spouses and children of active duty, reserve, or retired active duty military (officer or enlisted) that will be enrolled in a full or part-time accredited degree program during the upcoming 2013-2014 academic year (fall & spring terms). Applicants or their military sponsors must reside in the Fort Drum area or associated communities. The application can be found at  NorthCountrySpousesClub.weebly.com under “Scholarships”.
